Yes, we ship internationally with the exception of some countries in which shipping is currently unavailable due to the pandemic.
Generally if we cannot send to your country, the country will not be displayed during checkout. Situations are changing all the time because of the pandemic, feel free to contact us if your country is not on the list and we can check the status for you.
Orders are shipped out within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed.
If you are based in Japan, your order will arrive in 1-3 days after the package is sent out.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-30 days. Please understand that due to pandemic, situation can vary depending on each country and shipping method.
We use Japan Post, EMS and FedEx depending on what is available for each country. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
In 2020, Japan Post increased international postage fees drastically. On top of that, shipping options are limited due to the global pandemic. We are a small business and are doing our best to provide the best shipping method and fees to our customers and we hope you understand this!
If you are in EU, UK or other countries, your package may be subjected to custom charges upon arrival. Any charges that may incur once the package reaches the destination country must be paid by the recipient. We do not have control over these charges as policies vary by country. We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of arrival to your location. We will refund the full amount of products you return, but the customer is responsible for the cost of return freight.
